We always do our utmost to make sure that our customers are 100% happy with their orders and with the service that they receive from us. We take customer feedback very seriously so please do get in touch if you have anything to share with us.

We accept returns on many of our items, here is our detailed returns policy:

Change of mind

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty products

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or outside of industry standard quality, we will offer you the option of a repair/replacement or a full refund. In the case of a full refund we will only offer this once we have received the faulty item back. We will refund returns postage on faulty items up to the value of 1st class signed for. Please note that we are not able to refund the postage value for items send to us via Special Delivery post.
Please note: If we feel that your purchase is not faulty but has instead been poorly cared for we may not cover the cost of replacement of shipping.

Bespoke Items

Items that have been designed and produced especially for a customer are not covered by our change of mind policy. It is the customers responsibility to check all details on proofs including typing, spelling and any other details prior to production as errors found after sign-off, cannot be changed without the expense being charged on. Cancelation of orders that have been started may incur a charge for work done to date.
